Extremely poor and disorganized service. Reps usually take several days to get back to me with answers to questions, if they get back to me at all. Absolutely zero help has been offered in identifying the right products for me and my family (past branches have walked through our policies on a yearly basis to adjust coverage as needed. We've heard nothing for a year from anyone at this branch). We have been State Farm customers for 11 years, but now we are actively looking for a different insurance company after our experience with this branch.
They charged us way too much for a whole year.
I recently moved into the area with my husband, and we were looking for both car insurance and homeowners insurance. My husband and I don't know much about insurance and we talked with a bunch of different offices and companies. Mr. Smith's staff was friendly and helpful. It was the first office that really educated us about car insurance vs. just selling us the insurance. Mr. Smith spent a lot of time with us trying to find what would work best for us, in fact he informed us that having our car insurance and home insurance with State Farm provided us a discount. Now we are looking at things we can do with State Farm Bank. I would highly recommend Mr. Smith's office for anyone moving into the St. Louis area
